In 1996 MTS was contracted by a local sheriff's office to design a suit to protect correctional officers while performing forced cell extractions. Some of their requirements were that the suit be lightweight, have pockets for equipment and provide maximum mobility while providing outstanding blunt trauma protection.

Our goal is to provide a cost effective product to agencies that need to protect their officers from injuries sustained from items such as, bed frames, toilets, sinks, books, soup cans, chairs, pipes or any thing else an inmate may use to hurt an officer.
