Thomas M. Manson is the owner and primary of Police Technical LLC. He began his law enforcement career with the United States Border Patrol in South Texas. He attended the 372nd session of the U.S. Border Patrol Academy, Charleston, South Carolina.

Mr. Manson has trained thousands of law enforcement personnel in technical subject areas.

Previous to joining federal service, Thomas Manson taught as an adjunct faculty member for Wichita State (Master of Arts, 1996) and Indiana State University (Bachelor of Science, 1993).
