A captured Al-Qaeda terrorist in Afghanistan stated “Americans love Pepsi, we love death”. This 8 hour seminar will cover what would be most useful to the First Responder. This seminar will provide you with a basic understanding of the nature of the threat, who and what are the threats, and methods to counter the threats.
