About Our Facility

Located on the grounds of the former West Virginia Penitentiary in Moundsville, the National Corrections & Law Enforcement Training & Technology Center (NCLETTC) is a federally-funded, non-profit educational organization dedicated to providing cutting-edge training opportunities and testing and evaluation of technologies relevant to the criminal justice and public safety communities.

The NCLETTC also serves as an honest broker and clearing house by providing technical evaluations and practical application of emerging technologies available to the correctional and law enforcement communities.

In addition to conducting classes at the Moundsville Center, the NCLETTC meets the needs of the law enforcement, correctional and public safety communities by providing off-site instruction. We eliminate many intrinsic expenses by providing quality instruction via our mobile training team concept, i.e. the NCLETTC secures an experienced consultant; custom tailors the course or consultative mission to the client's expectations and brings the program in-house.

Turn Left onto 8th Street and go two blocks and enter in the NORTH Wagon Gate

From Columbus, OH

Take I-70 EAST toward Wheeling, WV

Take I-470 EAST exit toward BELLAIRE/WASHINGTON PA, exit #219

Cross over Veterans Bridge exiting off Exit #1

Merge right toward US-250 SOUTH/WV-2 SOUTH/MOUNDSVILLE

Follow US-250 SOUTH/WV-2 SOUTH/MOUNDSVILLE approx 9.3 miles

Merge on I-64 WEST/I-77 NORTH and follow to Cambridge, OH
